Cuba City, Wis. Mrs. George F (Mathilda) Weber, 71, of Kieler, Wis., died at 4 a.m. Monday at the Cuba City Medical Center. Friends may call after 7 p.m. Monday at the Haudenshield Funeral Home, East Dubuque. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Church, Kieler. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The rosary will be recited at the funeral home by the parish Altar and Rosary Society at 8 p.m. Monday and by the parish at 8 p.m. Thursday.

Surviving are her husband; one son, Lawrence, rural Hazel Green, Wis.; two daughters, Mrs. Francis (Dorothy) Oldenburg of Galena, Ill., and Mrs. Herbert (Marcella) Lampe of Zwingle, Iowa; 13 grandchildren; two brothers, Henry Kieler of Arlington, Iowa, and Lawrence Kieler of Gratiot, Wis., and one sister, Mrs. Albert (Louisa) Manemann of rural Hazel Green.
