Could this be Alfred Packard listed as a grocer in Bangor in the 1875 Maine Register? Judging by the dates, it is more likely that this Alfred was father of an Alfred who was the grocer. This Alfred's nephew, Josiah, S383413, was a merchant and
photographer in Bangor as well as Dixmont and Searsmont.
