Terry for the Berkley Historical Society, 1997, published by Heritage Books, Inc, Bowie Maryland, states"Per Mr. Reed it read "1792 in the 92nd year of his age." However, Our country and its people: a descriptive and biographical record of Bristol County, Massachusetts, Part 2, Alanson Borden, Boston History Company, 1899, states that the headstone reads "died December 28, 1795, in the 92d year of his age."
