Feb 1, 1937 - Nov 21, 2013 OKLAHOMA CITY Dr. Kenneth Ellis Miller, 76, of Oklahoma City, passed away from an accidental fall at his home Thursday, November 21, 2013. Kenny was born in Temple, OK, to parents, Gara & Florene Miller. He graduated from Midwest City High School, University of Oklahoma, and received his DDS from the University of Missouri/ Kansas City School of Dentistry. He is survived by his wife, Nan Loomis Miller; his children, Matt Miller and Kristi Miller Rutledge (and husband Terry); his sister, Doris (and husband, Dr. Ralph Payne); two stepchildren, Chip Bruce and Tracy Butts; along with eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Dr. Miller was in private dental practice in Oklahoma City for over 45 years. A Memorial Celebration of his life will be held at Church of the Servant on Wednesday, November 27 at 10 a.m.
