Richard B. Stuart, sone of Mr.and Mrs. Rodney B. Stuart of Bellevue, and Mrs. Gladys Tyler of Savanna, were united in marriage July 2 in the office of County Judge Chas. Kinney in Mt. Carrol, Ill. Witnesses were Mr. and Mrs. Howard Jess, brother-in-law and sister of the bridegroom.
Mrs. Stuart, the former Gladys Straitt of Hanover, is employed at the Savanna Ordnance depot.
Mr. Stuart is a carpenter. Following the wedding dinner served at the home of the bride in Savanna, the bridal pair left on a trip to Atlanta, Ga., and Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. On their return the new home will be made in Bellevue.
