Eleanor Grimm, 79, of LaFayette, Ill., died Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2001, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Rux Funeral Home, Galva. Burial will be in LaFayette Cemetery.
Visitation is 6-8 p.m. today. Memorials go to LaFayette Methodist Church, where she was a member.
Eleanor was born May 14, 1921, in Bellvue, Iowa, the daughter of Victor and Mary Stuart. She married Leslie Grimm July 20, 1942, in Hannibal, Mo.
In her early years, she had worked at Caterpillar in Peoria and as a hairdresser.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Bruce, Charlottesville, Va.; a granddaughter, Ashley, Charlottesville; a brother, Jack Stuart, Hanover, Ill.; and a sister, Glenna Rule, Rockford.
