HORNER -- Heath Horner, 35, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 21, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Wendy Green; daughters, Iris Ghita Green Horner of Albuquerque and Sandyn Anapol of South Dartmouth, MA; parents, Margaret "Sissy" Horner-Young of Tucumcari and Hank Horner and wife, Byrd of Albuquerque; grandmother, Joy Young of Tucumcari; grandfather Jack Horner of California; mother-in-law, Ingeborg Green of Shorewood, IL; sisters-in-law, Kelly Kauzlaric of Coal City, IL, and Jackie Borowiak of Albian, IL. Heath was preceded in death by his brothers, Jared and Christopher. Friends may visit French-University Chapel on Thursday, February 24, 2011, 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. A service will be held on Friday, February 25, 2011, 10:00 a.m. at French - University Chapel. Another service will be held Saturday, February 26, 2011, 10:00 a.m. at First Christian Church of Tucumcari, 1701 South Fourth Street, Tucumcari, NM. Interment will follow at Grady Cemetery, Grady NM at 1:30 p.m. Pallbearers will be Bill Robinson, Dave Gallegos, Tommy Pavelko, Ray Young, Levi Young, Abe Young and Harley Young. Honorary pallbearers will be Heath's friends and family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Animal Humane Association of New Mexico, 615 Virginia St. NE, Albuquerque, NM, 87108.

Horner -- Jared Allen Horner, 22, passed away on Sunday evening, February 3, 2002 near Tucumcari, NM. Jared Horner was born November 8, 1979 in Albuquerque. He was employed by the Lopez Farms of Tucumcari, NM. Surviving Jared Horner is his mother, Sissy Horner-Young of Tucumcari, NM; his father, Henry (Hank) Horner of Scottsdale, AZ; two brothers, Heath Horner and Christopher Horner both of Albuquerque, NM; his grandmother, Joy Young of Tucumcari, NM; his grandfather, Jack Horner of Palm Springs, CA; his great-grandmother, Annie Williams of Clovis, NM; two uncles; one aunt; and other family. Funeral Services will be Friday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. in the Center Street United Methodist Church with Rev. Jim Witcher, Minister of the First Christian Church officiating. Burial will be in the family plot of the Grady New Mexico Cemetery at 4:00 p.m. on Friday afternoon. The family suggests for those who wish, donations may be made to the New Mexico Boys and Girls Ranch or to your favorite charity in memory of Jared A. Horner.

HORNER -- Christopher Robert Horner, September 10, 1992 to November 24, 2004, a son, brother, cousin, uncle, and friend. Chris died suddenly and tragically from a fall at his home Wednesday. Christopher loved fishing, fireworks, camping, and hiking. He was a member of the Cibola Youth Wrestling Club and attended Calvary Chapel when he wasn't out at the ranch in Bueyeros, New Mexico hunting, exploring and learning the finer points of ranching from the Jeffery family, with friend and mentor, Danny Young. Christopher was a sixth grade student at Taylor Middle School where he had many friends. He is preceded in death by his brother, Jared. His passing has left many broken hearts. Christopher is survived by his mother, Cathy Horner; Grandmother Helen Schirmer, Grandma Joy, his Uncle David Schirmer, Aunt Lori Alexander; and cousins Michael, James, and Chelsea Schirmer, and Vanessa and Joshua Johnston, and Melissa and Stephanie Alexander. Chris is also survived by his big brother, Heath and daughter, Sandyn; his father, Hank Horner and wife, Byrd; brother and sisters, Amy, Tiffany, Jason, Samantha, and Jenifer. His grandfather, Jack Horner, Uncle Phil, Aunt Cindy, Josh and wife, Kerrie and their daughter, Audry, and Audra and her husband, Chris and their sons, Matthew & Benjamin. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Humane Animal Association of New Mexico, 615 Virginia SE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87108.
