    Hi Mike. Forgive the delay.Bridget is my great grandmothers' little sister.
    There were three children that made the trip from Leitrim area, Bridget, John and Anna. Census says Mary McTernan Flynn gave birth to five.
    Anna Flynns parents were Mary McTiernan and Patrick Flynn. My grandmother lived with them when her mother was widowed. My mom lived there as well. ( she is 90)
    Bridget moved and got married and I lost John (jack).
    I have more but don't want to overwhelm.

    Elizabeth P. Roman, formerly of Patchogue, NY, passed away on May 1, 2013 in her home in Naples, Fl. Beloved wife of the late Paul W. Roman. Loving mother of Nancy A. Rheel and her husband Robert, Paul W. Roman Jr., Thomas G. Roman and his wife Kathy, Dennis J. Roman and his wife Mary Kay and the late Kevin Roman. Dear grandmother of Taylor, Jillian, Kylie, Zachary, Paige, Michael, Brendan, Matthew, Blair, Ashley, Kelly and Jennifer.

    Elizabeth was a Registered Nurse at Patchogue Medical Group for over 20 years as well as the head of Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Auxiliary at its' inception and a former president. Elizabeth was also a long time member of the Woman's Club of Patchogue.

    Elizebeth married Roman, Paul Walter on 12 Mar 1945 in Luzerne, Pennsylvania, USA.
