B-175: Sept. 20, 1810, appraisal by Thomas Jones, Joseph Thompson, John Daviess of estate of Rawley Duncan decd: estate included bed, pot & hooks, kettle & hooks, other bed, etc.; requested to appraise some hogs that are running in the woods that we cannot do, also one yearling heifer appraised from the information of persons brought before us. Sept. 20, 1810, articles sold to William McCook, Col. John Daviess (one bed each), Thomas Maley?, Willis Roberts, Charles Duncan Esqr, Thomas Jones, Col. John Davies, Benj. Duncan, Rosey Ewing, & others.
